Projects Management - Training Workshop

On Januray 19, 2020, in Al-Raqqa, ASO Consultancy and Strategic Studies Center held a training workshop entitled “Projects Management”, where it lasted for 3 days.
The aim of the workshop: empower and enhance the capabilities of young people in order to be creative and expand their knowledge in various work fields.
The workshop included the following:
-Management concept
-Strategic planning, types and importance
-Internal and external environment analysis
-Determine the social impact of projects
-Smart standards
-The logical framework for a project
