Communication Skills and Management Practices - Workshop

On July 16, 2019, "Communication Skills and Management Practices" Workshop was held at ASO Center, in cooperation with Sara Organization to Combat Violence against Women. The workshop lasted for three days at rate of seven hours per day, where it targeted15 women from different backgrounds.
The workshop included explaining communication skills and management practices concepts, in addition to providing a detailed explanation in theory and practice about communication skills types at work, and how to enhance those skills by investing the senses in delivering positive messages to the receiving party.
On the last day, the workshop determined a number of recommendations and outputs as follow:
- Women's Knowledge about the most important elements of effective communication
- The workshop team got an understanding knowledge about the most important communication theories.
- Improve listening and speaking skills
- Acquire familiarity and influence people and society skills
- Acquisition of contact error correction technology
- Everyone has access to a set of knowledge and the ability to influence their communities.

The workshop ended in a spirit of optimism and appreciation.
