Within the First Phase Activities of Capacity Building Project for Civil Society Organizations in Raqqa

ASO Center organized, by using Zoom application, a workshop targeting ten local organizations operating in Raqqa, as a part of the first phase activities of building the capacity of civil society organizations project in Raqqa, which aims at developing capacity of organizations in relation to planning and strategic planning.
The training covered the following training concepts:
-Strategic planning (its definition, concept, significance, kinds)
- Strategic planning structure and basic questions when developing the strategic plan "Where you are? Where to? How can we reach the goal?"
-How to define the perspective of the institution or the organization; their tasks and values.
-Stages of strategic planning, designing and implementing the strategic plan.
-Institutional and SOWT analysis.
