ASO Center Accomplishes Coaching Sessions for Nawat Organization

ASO Center for Consultancy and Strategic Studies accomplished, on Thursday, a coaching session on strategic plan for organizations in NES.

The training, which lasted four days, was carried out within the second phase of CBOs capacity building project in Raqqa governorate and was held through Zoom application.
ASO targeted the civil organization "NAWAT" in this coaching, subsequently, it is assumed that the nine other organizations participating in the project will be targeted in the coming days.

The training included several basic points according to its staff, which consisted of; “the organization’s vision, mission and value, the institutional analysis that identifies the organization’s partners and the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and determines its achievements and goals that the organization aspires to realize during the next three or five years. In addition to a timetable for achieving these goals and objectives and assessing the results.”

The trainer discussed with NAWAT the coaching session axes in detail in order to develop the organization's strategic plan.
CBOs capacity building project in Raqqa city aims to develop organizations capacity in relation to planning and strategic planning.

So far, ASO Center for Consultancy and Strategic Studies has implemented three training workshops within the institutional development project for CBOs in Raqqa city. The training covered strategic planning, networking goals, expected results, networks type and goals, an introduction to communication and coordination, communication and coordination mechanisms and how to set project proposals and raise funds.
