Youth Initiative on Small Projects and How to Manage Them

2024-05-29

Within the creative space of the ASO Youth Forum, Aisha Raed al-Islam Ismail delivered a training workshop on small projects and how to manage them. This initiative aimed to transfer her expertise to a group of young men and women from the local community. The goal was to introduce the beneficiaries to the principles of establishing successful small businesses that could benefit them and help create job opportunities, providing both financial and moral returns.

During the initiative, Aisha presented a set of essential rules to follow before starting a project. She then endeavored to provide a series of hands-on examples. Following this, the attendees were divided into groups to exchange creative ideas and opinions for building their own projects, which they presented at the end of the session.
