### Knowledge Session on "Team Building"
As part of the ASO Youth Forum program aimed at young men and women in northern and eastern Syria, a session on "Team Building" was held at the ASO Center for Analysis and Strategic Studies in Amuda. The session discussed team dysfunctions such as lack of focus on results, avoidance of accountability, and absence of commitment and trust. It also explored evaluations and potential interventions to address these issues and improve team performance in addressing regional social, economic, and political matters.
