The "Local Voices Conference"

The "Local Voices Conference" discussed the general context in northern and eastern #Syria, including humanitarian challenges and the state of human rights. It focused on ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between local and international organizations, activate the role of local organizations, strengthen their capacities and access to grants. The conference also addressed the issue of #Syrian_migration abroad and the depletion of communities' energies, as well as the requirements for enhancing #stability and the needs and priorities of the victims. It resulted in recommendations for international actors and donors at the eighth Brussels conference.
